We are committed first and foremost to our patients and their families. All patients are admitted with physician orders same day, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We contact our patients/families on a daily basis. We evaluate pain on every call and visit. We meet the needs of our patients, families, and customers as they define them - by listening first and then responding. Our attentive staff members respond to pages within 15 minutes. When entering or leaving a long-term care facility, our staff briefs management on their visit. We immediately address any concerns or complaints, and attempt to resolve them within a 24-hour period. We offer bereavement services to patients, families and all staff members of long-term care facilities, hospitals, and assisted living centers. We continually advocate for all hospice individuals on a national, state and local level. We educate our communities on hospice and palliative care issues on an ongoing basis. We ensure a staff with a helpful and positive attitude. |
